what’s the differents between sample baskets and bulk willow baskets?

In our whole business trade, basket sample is the basic necessity before further normal order.

But how to control every part size of the sample basket? How to copy it with your basket?

But there are still some differences between weaving sample basket and bulk baskets.

FIRST:

sample willow basket do not need wooden mold, but mass products need wooden mold to control same sizes.

As sample is different with bulk baskets. Usually, customers need 2-3 pcs copies for each confirmed sample. Before the confirmation, it need more than one time modification. It will be a big waste if we make mold for each modification.

Do not worry about the size, we could keep same size as customer’s request. Many times measure to make a wonderful perfect basket. Thus, we could weave 3-4 baskets for one day, it’s much long time than mass.

SECOND:

Sample are made by professional sample artisans who are not same with bulk baskets weavers. The so-called profession is : our artisans could get meaning clearly when you show a drawing. meantime, they could guess each part size if you only show the total size etc.
